Downloading Youtube Videos

The easiest way to get embedded video is with a little Firefox add-on called Video DownloadHelper.

Once you've installed it into Firefox and restarted, you'll see the cluster of gray balls light up and start spinning when they sense downloadable content.


Just click on the down-triangle next to the colorful balls and choose .mp4 if it's an option (.flv files are not as friendly for most systems).

I want my kid's first, last name AND city to be attached to their best work.  I don't want him thinking that he is anonymous online.

90% of middle school students have the maturity level and caution of middle schoolers!
